Manchester City v Watford - Over 2.5 Goals - 1.50
Manchester City are one step away from an unprecedented domestic treble, with only Watford in their way. Pep Guardiola’s side have scored 20 goals in five FA Cup games so far this season and arrive at Wembley having just beaten Brighton 4-1 to retain the Premier League trophy. Their last five matches against Watford have seen 22 goals in total, with Over 2.5 Goals in all of them. Over 2.5 Goals has also occurred in 12 of the Hornets’ last 15 games in all competitions. This final should deliver more of the same.
Benfica v Santa Clara - Over 3.5 Goals – 1.70
Benfica finish their season in front of their own fans knowing that victory would see them reclaim the title. They have been merciless at home this term, scoring 59 goals in 16 league games at the Stadio de Luz. However, only one team in the top half of the Primeira Liga has conceded more goals at home this season, so it is little surprise that there have been Over 3.5 Goals in nine of their last ten home games. Will they round off the season in style?
Strasbourg v Rennes – Both Teams to Score - 1.60
Both teams have been on the scoresheet in eight of Strasbourg’s last ten matches in Ligue 1. Similarly, Rennes have scored and conceded in eight of their last ten league games. In fact, both sides have scored in each of their last five games in all competitions. The last three meetings between these sides have all seen both teams find the net, and the same outcome looks likely this time around.
Basel v Thun - Basel Win - 1.50
The Schweizer Pokal final offers Basel an opportunity to atone for a poor league season in which they will finish second. However, they have won seven of their last ten games in all competitions and have scored three times in four of their last five matches. In stark contrast, opponents Thun have lost three of their last four games. They have also lost three of their last five clashes with Basel, who are understandably favourites to win the final.
Eibar v Barcelona - Under 3.5 Goals - 1.65
The final game of the season in La Liga sees champions Barcelona travel to Eibar. This doesn’t promise to be a spectacular finale, though. Eibar’s last six matches have all witnessed Under 2.5 Goals. The same has also happened in seven of Barcelona’s last ten league games. The Catalans have the second best defence in La Liga and will be wary of committing in this game, given that they play the Copa del Rey final next weekend. They beat Eibar 3-0 at home earlier this season, while they could only win 2-0 at the Ipurua Municipal Stadium last year. Don’t expect too many goals here.
